1. The Service

HIDENC is a digital communication platform providing anonymous and secure messaging services through downloadable mobile and computer software for iOS and Android devices.

The Service enables private one-to-one communications, group chats, channels, forums, and online communication environments through encrypted technologies and system-generated identifiers.

2. Digital Communication Services

HIDENC provides a broad range of internet-based and mobile digital communication and telecommunications services designed to enable anonymous, secure, and decentralized interaction.

The Service supports the transmission of information, digital content, and multimedia data, including text, images, documents, and other digital files, through encrypted communication channels. It enables real-time and asynchronous communication, including private one-to-one messaging, group chats, channels, and online communication environments.

HIDENC provides access to internet-based chat rooms, online discussion forums, and social networking spaces, enabling users to interact, exchange information, and collaborate without revealing personal identity data. The platform supports online chat rooms for social networks and allows chat-based interaction via the internet.

The Service further supports video-based content delivery features, including on-demand transmission of audiovisual content, as well as computer-assisted transmission of information and images within secure digital environments.

HIDENC provides virtual communication environments, including online forums and chat rooms, operating within virtual or simulated collaboration spaces, designed to support digital interaction and collaborative work. These environments may include virtual or immersive components intended to facilitate structured communication and coordination.

The platform also provides access to blockchain-based network services that enable decentralized communication, technical verification, and interaction with distributed network infrastructures.

Additional services include mobile communication functionality, access to telecommunications-related information, database access services necessary for platform operation, and electronic website access services that support user interaction, communication, and content exchange.

All digital communication and telecommunications services provided by HIDENC are delivered through privacy-focused technologies designed to preserve confidentiality, integrity, availability, and user anonymity.

3. Downloadable Software

HIDENC is a downloadable mobile application and computer software for iOS and Android devices, namely for anonymous digital communication and secure messaging.

The software provides functionality for composing, sending, receiving, displaying, storing, and managing electronic messages in one-to-one conversations and group chats. The application enables users to transmit and receive digital files, including documents and media such as PDFs, images, word processing, and spreadsheet files, within encrypted communication sessions.

The software includes downloadable features for end-to-end encrypted message transmission, user access and session authentication, and access through system-generated identifiers that do not require phone numbers or email addresses, and conversation management tools for organizing private and group communications.

The application further includes downloadable software modules for generating and assigning a blockchain-based address to each user account, which functions as a technical digital identifier within the application and enables the transfer and management of user-owned digital assets through the software. All of the foregoing is downloadable software for installation on mobile devices for anonymous messaging, encrypted communications, file sharing, and blockchain-based digital identity functionality.

4. Blockchain-Based Digital Identity and Digital Assets

The Service includes downloadable software modules that generate and assign a blockchain-based address to each user account. This address functions solely as a technical digital identifier within the application.

Through this functionality, users can interact with, transfer, and manage their own digital assets directly in the software. Encrova Holding Limited does not associate blockchain activity with real-world identities and does not custody user assets.

5. License Grant

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Encrova Holding Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service solely for lawful purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred under this license.

6. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Service under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your conduct, communications, and content transmitted through the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
• Violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Service.
• Attempt to identify, deanonymize, or compromise other users.
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial exploitation or malicious purposes.

Encrova Holding Limited reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for misuse or for legal reasons.

8. Anonymity and User Risk Acknowledgment

HIDENC does not verify user identities and does not guarantee the identity, conduct, or intentions of any user. You acknowledge that anonymous communication carries inherent risks and agree to use the Service responsibly.

9. User Content and No Monitoring

Users are solely responsible for any content transmitted through the Service. Encrova Holding Limited does not monitor, control, or endorse user-generated content and has no obligation to review communications.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and technical components of HIDENC are the exclusive property of Encrova Holding Limited or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encrova Holding Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encrova Holding Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable consumer protection laws prohibit such limitation.

13. Third-Party Services and Platforms

The Service may rely on or interact with third-party platforms, networks, or technologies, including blockchain networks, app stores, and operating systems. Encrova Holding Limited is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

14. Suspension and Termination

Encrova Holding Limited may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or legal requirements. Users may discontinue use by uninstalling the application.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user's country of residence.

16. Force Majeure

Encrova Holding Limited shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, network outages, or regulatory actions.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Encrova Holding Limited regarding the Service.

18. Changes to the Terms

Encrova Holding Limited may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
