HIDENC – Child Safety and Protection Standards
Last updated: August 25, 2025
1. Introduction and Statement of Commitment
HIDENC, owned and operated by Encrova Holding Limited, maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). Our platform is designed and intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older, and we are firmly committed to upholding the highest international standards for the protection of children from online risks.
We act in alignment with:
- The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)
- The Optional Protocol on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography (OPSC)
- Interpol guidelines on combating online child sexual exploitation
- NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) protocols
- Relevant regional and national laws, including EU CSAM regulations and applicable data protection standards (e.g., GDPR).
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and notification to law enforcement authorities:
- Creation, possession, distribution, or facilitation of CSAM.
- Grooming or solicitation of minors, including attempts to obtain personal data, images, or arrange meetings.
- Any form of sexualization of minors, including age-play or role-play involving underage characters.
- Threats, blackmail, or extortion of minors.
- Attempts to evade moderation, reporting mechanisms, or enforcement actions.
3. Preventive Measures and Platform Design
To ensure the highest standards of child safety, HIDENC implements:
- Age Verification: The platform is explicitly restricted to adults aged 18+.
- User Reporting Tools: Every chat and channel includes clear options for reporting and blocking abusive content or accounts.
- Automated Monitoring: While private messages are encrypted, public and semi-public spaces (profiles, channels, shared attachments) are subject to monitoring for policy violations.
- Educational Warnings: Users receive reminders about data privacy, risks of grooming, and safe interactions.
- Strict Policy Enforcement: No tolerance for borderline cases; violations lead to permanent removal and escalation to competent authorities.
4. Detection, Response, and Enforcement
Triage and Review: All reports involving CSEA are prioritized.
Response Timeframe (SLA):
- Initial acknowledgment within 6 hours for critical child-related reports.
- Full review and action within 24 hours.
Sanctions:
- Immediate suspension of suspected accounts.
- Permanent removal upon confirmation of CSEA content or behavior.
- Technical measures (device, IP, account blocking) to prevent re-entry.
Escalation: Verified cases are immediately referred to local and international law enforcement agencies (including NCMEC where applicable).
5. Evidence Preservation and Cooperation with Authorities
In cases involving potential CSEA, Hidenc will:
- Retain relevant digital evidence (e.g., anonymized account identifiers, file hashes, timestamps, and reported content) in compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and similar).
- Securely transmit such evidence to competent authorities or designated child protection organizations upon lawful request.
- Cooperate fully with Interpol, Europol, NCMEC, and national law enforcement bodies.
6. Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report suspected child safety violations through:
- In-App Reporting Tools – available in every chat and channel.
- Dedicated Email Contact – report@encrova.com
- Escalation Path: Reports are reviewed by HIDENC’s Child Safety Compliance Team, trained in handling sensitive material under international guidelines.
7. Education and User Awareness
Hidenc integrates preventive education by:
- Publishing guides for parents and guardians on digital safety.
- Displaying awareness banners and prompts reminding users not to share sensitive or identifying information.
- Offering direct links to regional hotlines and NGOs specializing in child protection.
8. Governance and Accountability
Oversight: Encrova Holding Limited oversees compliance with these standards.
Audits: Regular internal audits ensure adherence to UN, Interpol, and local legal frameworks.
Updates: This document will be revised periodically to reflect evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
