All information is protected with end-to-end encryption, your IP is masked to avoid tracking, and sensitive data stays only on your device.

HIDENC cannot access your messages, keys, seed phrase, or files. We avoid asking for personal data to minimize exposure and remove risks.

Your account can only be restored with your seed phrase. Reinstall HIDENC, enter the phrase, and your identity plus wallet return immediately.

For privacy reasons, chats are not restored because no server copy exists. Without the seed, we cannot recover your account.

The seed phrase is your only key. HIDENC cannot recover it, regenerate it, or store it on any server.

If you lose it, you lose access to the account and the TRX/USDT wallet tied to it. Keep it safe on paper, a password manager, or hardware backup.

No. Messages are never stored on servers; everything stays encrypted on your device.

No one, including HIDENC, can read your conversations. When you remove the app or change phones, chats are only decrypted again if you import your private key.

No. Each account runs on a single device to protect your keys and prevent unauthorized access.

If you need another phone, install the app and restore with your seed to recover the identity.

We currently do not block screenshots to maintain compatibility with every device.

You can enable self-destruct mode in specific chats so messages delete automatically after being viewed.
