• User autonomy: all information is stored on the user's device and remains under their exclusive control.
• Transparency and traceability: blockchain-related operations are immutable and publicly verifiable.

3. Information We Collect

HIDENC is designed to collect the minimum possible information.

• Automatically generated identifiers: upon account creation, a blockchain address on the TRON network and a unique anonymous tag are assigned.
• Blockchain information: records of token transactions (TRX, USDT, HIDC) and NFTs are publicly stored on the TRON network.
• Temporary technical data: encrypted connection data (such as IP addresses in transit) may be processed to establish communication, but is not stored or linked to user identity.

Messages, files, and media are end-to-end encrypted and stored exclusively on the user's device. HIDENC has no access to their content.

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

HIDENC does not request or store:

• Names, surnames, emails, phone numbers, identity documents.
• Contact lists or social media accounts.
• Precise geolocation data or browsing history.
• Biometric data or device-specific identifiers.

5. Purpose of Processing

The minimal data processed is used solely for:

• Enabling the use of the private, anonymous messaging application.
• Ensuring the correct operation of encrypted chats, groups, and channels.
• Executing blockchain transactions (TRX, USDT, HIDC).
• Managing access to premium services, memberships, and NFT avatars.
• Protecting platform security and preventing abuse or fraud.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of data within HIDENC is based on:

• User consent: By using the app, the user expressly accepts the minimal processing required for its operation.
• Contract performance: using the application constitutes a digital service agreement between the user and Encrova Holding Limited.
• Legitimate interest: ensuring security, anonymity, technical integrity, and protection against unlawful activity.

7. Information Security

• End-to-end encryption (E2EE): all messages, files, and calls are encrypted with advanced-level algorithms, preventing access by third parties, including HIDENC servers.
• Cryptographic key management: private keys associated with the user's blockchain identity are stored only on the device and are never accessible to HIDENC.
• Attack prevention: technical and organizational measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or manipulation of data.

8. Information Sharing

HIDENC does not share, sell, or rent personal information to third parties.

Information visible on blockchain (addresses, transactions) is part of the public nature of the network but is never linked to a user's real-world identity.

In the event of a valid court order or legal requirement within applicable jurisdictions, Encrova Holding Limited will cooperate strictly within the technical and legal limits available.

9. User Rights

Under the Hong Kong PDPO and the EU GDPR, users have the following rights:

• Right of access: review information stored on their device.
• Right of erasure: delete all data simply by uninstalling the application.
• Right to portability: manage their digital assets (tokens, NFTs) directly from their blockchain address.
• Right to privacy: maintain absolute control over their identity without the need to disclose personal information.

10. International Transfers

Encrova Holding Limited operates from Hong Kong and may process data through globally distributed servers. In all cases, equivalent security measures are applied in line with GDPR and international standards.

11. Data Retention

HIDENC does not permanently retain user records. All information is automatically deleted upon uninstalling the application or clearing data from the device's settings.
